Watch Review
Pros

Fantastic 4k Webcam

Great screen options

Effective anti-reflective coating on the display

Accurate haptic trackpad

Great speakers

Good port placement

Cons

Missing the red Trackpoint

Base model display is lower resolution with a worse webcam

Pricey

Port selection is limited

Its performance is at the lower end for similar laptops

Lenovo's newest ThinkPad the X9 brings a lot of changes with it. Gone is the red Trackpoint, and instead we have a large accurate haptic trackpad. It also really surprised us by how good its creature comforts are. The 4K webcam you get with the configuration with the better screen is amazing. The X9's speakers are great. Overall, we feel this is a great for light users i.e. those doing mostly web browsing, office work, and studying. That being said, there are some strong options at its price point, which we've listed in our alternatives
