This older version of the X1 Carbon is a for the most part still a high quality, premium portable laptop. And it has a very comfortable keyboard. However it gets quite warm to the touch, its battery life isn't great, and its screen options aren't ideal - either too low resolution or too high.

Performance is also only suitable for basic tasks.
